From Apprentice to Aspiring Electrician

Meet Ben Chetwynd, a dedicated and hardworking student who found his passion in the electrical industry through Training In Electrical.

Starting the Journey

As soon as I left school, I knew I wanted to be part of the building industry. I loved hands-on work and was eager to learn a trade

Ben recalls. He began his career as an apprentice for a local maintenance company, where he developed valuable skills and gained insight into the industry.

However, at the age of 18, Ben realized he wanted a trade that was both fulfilling and offered long-term success. That’s when he discovered Training In Electrical and took his next big step.

For the past year and a half, Ben has been working towards his qualifications, completing Level 2 and preparing to pass his Level 3. His experience at the centre has been nothing short of excellent.

The quality of teaching on both courses has been outstanding. The course structure and support available meant I rarely needed to ask questions in class, but help was always there when needed.

Ben highlights that the well-organized training and supportive learning environment have given him complete confidence in his ability to succeed.

Looking Ahead

With just weeks left to complete his Level 3, Ben is eager to move forward. He is already planning to enrol in the final courses needed to become fully qualified.

I thoroughly look forward to completing my Level 3 and will definitely be enrolling in the final courses to become fully qualified.
